Performing proper maintenance is essential to prevent potential generator failures. The first maintenance, known as "break-in," should be performed when the equipment reaches 50 hours of use. This service includes changing the oil and filter.
When your generator reaches 500 hours of operation, a complete maintenance program is required, including changing the oil and filter, coolant, belts, and other components. At Outpower Energy, we offer preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure your generator's optimal performance.
Preventive maintenance is performed in advance to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment performance, minimizing the risk of failure. Its main purpose is to prevent damage that could affect the generator's operation.
On the other hand, corrective maintenance focuses on correcting defects already detected in the equipment. It consists of identifying and repairing faults or breakdowns when they occur.

* Extended warranty up to 10 years
The Gold Plan allows you to extend the generator warranty up to a maximum of 10 years, provided it is purchased within the first 90 days of purchase and renewed annually. If the maintenance contract is not renewed before its expiration, this benefit will be canceled.
The Bronze Plan does not include the warranty extension option.

The new HIMOINSA GenSet Manager allows access to all the data generated by the control units of one or more generator sets in which the C4Cloud communication device has been installed. This allows users to not only monitor the status of an entire fleet of generators in real time, but also, with a simple touch of a mobile phone, start or stop the generator set, change its operating mode, or read and write the control unit's configuration parameters.
Web Supervisor
WebSupervisor is a cloud-based system designed to monitor, analyze data, and manage ComAp and third-party devices.
